The Box-it Solution

Outsourcing shredding requirements to Box-it provides the ideal data compliant solution for the destruction of confidential information. Our paper is destroyed under written contract and is shredded in accordance with British Standard 15713:2009 (Secure Destruction of Confidential Data and Recycling Services). Once shredded, the paper is recycled into different grades of material for use in new paper-based products. We offer two document shredding services in the Midlands: Off-site Document Destruction and On-site Document Destruction.

Off-site Destruction: This is ideal for one-off purges or for a secure, yet economical shredding service. Using our bar coded tags we are able to track your sack/box from the point of collection through to delivery. Our liveried vehicles are fully tracked and shredding takes place under video surveillance from our purpose-built facility in Warwickshire with Certificates of Destruction issued on completion.

On-site Destruction: This is best for situations where maximum security is required. Our purpose-built, fully-equipped Box-it shredding vehicles come to your premises to shred confidential documentation on-site. This service provides the ultimate solution for secure shredding and complete peace of mind.

We are happy to accept paperwork in boxes, bags or shredding sacks. We can also provide secure consoles for those using a regular Box-it shredding service.
